SPARKLE360 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SPARKLE360's website, services, and platform. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

"SPARKLE360", "we", "us", "our" refers to Sparkle 360, a company registered in Nigeria.

"Client", "you", "your" refers to the person or entity using our services.

"Services" refers to cleaning, domestic staffing, nanny placement, caregiver services, artisan services, and any other services offered by SPARKLE360.

"Staff" refers to employees, contractors, cleaners, househelps, nannies, caregivers, drivers, chefs, gardeners, artisans, or any personnel provided through SPARKLE360.

3. Service Booking

All service bookings are subject to availability. SPARKLE360 reserves the right to decline any booking.

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from SPARKLE360.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on location, duration, and specific requirements.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

SPARKLE360 reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

SPARKLE360 reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
  • Disclose any known risks, hazards, or security concerns
  • Secure valuable items before service commencement
  • Ensure adequate access to the service location
  • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service delivery

7. Staff Conduct and Performance

SPARKLE360 takes reasonable care in recruiting, vetting, and training staff. However, we cannot guarantee the future conduct of any staff member outside their assigned duties.

Any concerns regarding staff performance or conduct should be reported to SPARKLE360 immediately.

Clients must not directly employ, solicit, or engage SPARKLE360 staff for private work outside of SPARKLE360 arrangements.

8. Liability

SPARKLE360's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to items not declared as valuable
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Unforeseeable accidents or events beyond our control
  • Third-party criminal acts
  • Indirect or consequential losses

9. Insurance

SPARKLE360 maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its services. Details of coverage are available upon request.

Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance for valuable items and property.

10. Confidentiality

SPARKLE360 is committed to protecting client confidentiality as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Clients agree not to disclose confidential information about SPARKLE360's operations, staff, or business practices.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the SPARKLE360 website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SPARKLE360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

SPARKLE360 may use third-party service providers for payment processing, analytics, and other functions. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SPARKLE360 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these terms
  • Your misuse of our services
  • False or misleading information provided by you
  • Unsafe conditions at your premises

14. Termination

SPARKLE360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any client found to be in breach of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or creating an unsafe environment for our staff.

15. Changes to Terms

SPARKLE360 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
